My tooth hurts so bad my ear hurts

Everythings been going great until nites ago. Now the tooth where I had thr root canal hurts so bad and the tooth behind it is rooten. Ive tried orajel and Tylenol, can’t take motrion. Im not sure if I cracked the root canal or what but.
