What can i do for a really bad toothache

For many people, a salt water rinse is an effective first-line treatment. You can try tea tree oil if you have that. A little on a q-tip, taste nasty but work better then orajel in my opinion. I have the same problem RIGHT now! Before, I would try to put Ice on it. It just made it worse for me.
