What should i do for a toothache

Can a toothache go away on its own? How to ease a toothache? This natural remedy numbs the pain. What does a toothache feel like?


Rub it directly on the sore area, or soak a cotton ball and dab it against the tooth and gums. It may be as effective as benzocaine, the numbing ingredient in over-the-counter toothache gels.

A person can try holding the ice pack or a bag of frozen peas, for example, against the outside of the cheek above the painful tooth for a few minutes at a time. I found that out the hard way. Rinse your mouth with warm salt water. Put an ice pack beside your cheek for numb the affected area. Keep a record of your pain. I was in that situation before th dr diagnosed me with Neuropathy! Toothaches have two main causes. I did some research and find out that an previous tooth extract caused severe damage to my nerve endings in my mouth!
