Even when there is no particular sign of decay and infection, you may still feel toothache that comes and goes mainly because you have sensitive teeth. You may be wondering why your teeth are sensitive to changes in cold air and temperature even when you do not have an infection or decay. Some tooth pain comes and goes and some is persistent and difficult to relieve. Sometimes pain will re-appear in the same area throughout the day and other times it will appear at seemingly unrelated part of my body. For example, it happened today and began with concentrated burst of pain half way up my inner left thigh.
